Candied Brandied Venison

Ingredients
Venison
Marinade
Honey

Marinade
1 Onion
½ cup brandy
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
1-2 Tblspn minced Garlic (or fresh garlic)
1-2 Tblspn Mustard
½ cup brown sugar
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tblspn Italian Seasoning
1 Tblspn Salt

Make marinade.
Add venison to marinade.
Add more brandy and oil if necessary to cover meat.
Let marinate in refrigerator for 6-8 hours.
Put on tin foiled grill, medium heat.
Sprinkle with honey.
Cook flipping and adding more honey occasionally til meat is done and honey is carmelized.
Make a bunch, its good!
