Works as advertised. Easy to use and tastes excellent. I did mine in the oven. I will be buying more and doing on the smoker. Totally satisfied.

Works just like the video shows. I purchased a few of the Summer Sauage and Jalapeno Summer Sauage (5 pound) packets. No castings needed and everything you need is in the package. I made mine in my smoker. Let cool overnight, cut in half and put into vacuum sealer bags. Even our non-hunting daughters loved it! Great customer service, easy to use. Thanks!
